This paper mainly introduces the research team's development and construction of a feasible new phase stress construction strategy, which realizes the new height of ferroelectric polarization performance research results.Stress has an important effect on the basic properties of materials.Stress regulation can effectively enhance the application performance of various functional materials, such as magnetoresistance, superconductor, ferroelectric body, antiferromagnet and so on.In all stress ferroelectric bodies, the perovskite oxide of tetragonoid structure has a larger polarization value and a higher Curie temperature, thus having a larger dipole moment.However, these materials are scarce and the conditions for their synthesis are harsh.Jun Chen and Xianran Xing team in our school have found a universal and convenient method to successfully synthesize materials with super-quadrangle structure and ultra-high polarization strength by using interfacial strain.

Chen Jun is the dean of the College of Mathematics and Physics, University of Science and Technology Beijing.The physical chemistry, phase structure, negative thermal expansion, iron voltage and electricity, and structure-activity relationship of perovskite functional compound materials were studied.He has been awarded one hundred excellent doctoral theses (2009), The Humboldt Post-doctoral Foundation of Germany (2008), the Excellent Youth Foundation of National Natural Science Foundation of China (2013), and the Youth Program of Cheungkong Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education (2015).Member of the Council of Chinese Crystal Society.In the past five years, China has organized three international conferences.Funded by the Overseas Visiting Professor Program of Tokyo Institute of Technology (2015).The first author/corresponding author is J. Am. Chem. Soc., Phys. Rev. Lett., AdV. Mater., Nat. Commun. Chem. Soc. Rev.He has published more than 60 SCI papers and been granted 6 national invention patents.

Xing Xianran, received his doctor's degree in metallurgical physical chemistry from University of Science and Technology Beijing in March 1994, and has been working in the Department of Physical Chemistry of University of Science and Technology Beijing ever since.In 2005, he was honored as the Distinguished Professor of Cheungkong Scholars of the Ministry of Education and funded by the National Outstanding Youth Fund in 2007.
