Research Interests:1. Synthesis and property study of functional nanomaterials including magnetic nanostructures, 2D materials, metal-semiconductor heterostructures, etc.; 2. Characterization of materials by conventional, high-resolution and analytical electron microscopy techniques in tandem with computer image simulations.

Scientific research achievements

1. He was list on Millions of Talent Projects National candidates, honored with “outstanding contribution to the national middle-aged and young experts" title and Enjoyment of the State Council special allowance. 2. He has published over 200 scientific papers in SCI Journals including Nat. Catal., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Edit., Nano Lett., Nano Energy etc., and presented over 60 plenary/Keynote/invited talks in international and national conferences, universities, and institutes. The papers have been cited over 10,000 citations by SCI journals and citation H factor of 55.
