Research Interests:(1) with LED, display, microelectronic device, fuel cell, photocatalysis, biomedicine, etc. as the main application objectives, and with micro Raman spectroscopy and image technology as the main means, research on the physical chemistry of new nano functional materials, including: surface and interface physical chemistry of nano materials; nano luminescent materials, nano semiconductor optoelectronic functional materials Structure and properties; electronic and spin transport properties of materials; surface corrosion characteristics of materials, changes of in-situ physicochemical structure during corrosion, structural phase transition, etc.; sensitive identification of phases and their distribution, in-situ stress generation process analysis; structure of biomaterials and biological cells and their interaction with drugs. (2) aiming at optical information, communication, optical sensing technology, etc., based on modern optical theory, the interaction between light and various substances is studied.
